1. Services

• Quotes provided are valid for 1 week and may be subject to change based on the project scope.

• A deposit may be required to secure a service date, which will be outlined in your service agreement.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the scheduled service to receive a deposit refund.

• Refunds for incomplete or unsatisfactory work are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

• Full refunds are not provided for completed services.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate information about their property and any relevant details affecting the service.

• It is the client's responsibility to secure permissions or permits if required for the project.

4. Liability

• Top Contracting is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing property conditions, third parties, or events beyond our control.

• We are insured, but liability for any claims will be limited to the total amount paid for the service.

5. Privacy

We collect and use your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable Ontario privacy laws.

6. Changes to Terms

Top Contracting reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services implies acceptance of any changes.
